My gym of choice! I've been training here for about four years and I still enjoy being a guest. The gym isn't huge, but it has everything you need. Especially the dumbbells go up to 50 kg, which isn't the case everywhere. It's not as overcrowded as other gyms, and the atmosphere could be described as friendly. The support is good, but unfortunately not consistent. It used to be much better, and that's a real disappointment. I would also like to see a few more machines available, but unfortunately, there's no room for them. Some machines are too light for experienced athletes, especially in the leg area. The opening hours could also be adjusted a bit. Opening at, say, 7:00 a.m. would be very helpful for the working population, especially in the morning. Despite these shortcomings, I give it 5 stars because it's simply great to train here.

The Fitness & Cardio Center at the Saxony-Anhalt State Sports School is highly recommended! The training atmosphere is motivating yet pleasant – whether you're a beginner or an ambitious athlete, you'll feel welcome right away. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and offers everything you need for effective strength and cardio training. The friendly and competent team deserves special mention; they are always available and provide professional support with any questions or training plans. The cleanliness and organization of the studio are also top-notch. Overall, a fantastic gym with high quality and a pleasant atmosphere – a clear 5 stars! 💪
